- Delayed in order and shipment due to COVID-19.
Due to the additional safety measures you can experience temporary delays. Any delays or changes to your order timing will be updated via email or messages. You may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Is it safe to receive orders?
We recommend wear your mask and after handling the package wash your hands for at least 20 secs. You can also dispose of the packaging right away, and wash your hands again. For more information on COVID-19, please refer to the WHO site.
- When will you pick-up my exchange order?
We will update you on when we can schedule the exchange-pick. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
